With mlm being a risk and involving selling it is getting harder to get a downline for your mlm marketing.You need help every step of the way.One way that will help is joining a downline club to make your mlm marketing a success.Mlm marketing is a sure fire way to make lots of money if you have the right tools.There are many downline clubs on the internet.Some require you to pay and yet others have you join other programs.I hope to inform you on the pros and cons of a downline club for a successful downline mlm marketing campaign.

Once you have joined a downline club,next you need to get your downline mlm marketing network going.Now you got a downline there are a few things you need to do to be successful,1.train yourself,2.train your downline,3.Remember this a business not a hobby,4.create a system that can be used as a model,5.When things go wrong don't give up,6.if you don't know where you are going any way you go will get you there.7.Provide support for your downline,and 8.have a strong desire to be a success.You need to be there when your downline needs you.A happy downline means more money for you.An unhappy downline means less money and possibly them quitting.When your downline quits you loose.You need to keep your downline happy.If you see your dowline getting unhappy here is some thing you can do,it is to have a training event for your downline.The purpose of this is to focus on the work and to get to know your downline better.Also it would be helpful to listen to your downlines ideas.Another way to educate your downline is to write down all the questions you asked when you signed up,give explanations on what materials they will need to get started,let them know your polices with a brief explanation,let them know what your follow-up system is,and provide any sources that will be helpful ie advertising and websites.Remember there are 2 buzz words in mlm network marketing and they are automation and duplication.Duplication is an huge part of any automated system. Because it allows you to repeat the success of others who have already gotten rich on the program. A duplicatable system allows others to sign up under you and run the program the same as you. Making your own downline productive. That can make you a lot of money.Another way to build your network is to make sure the company that you join uses a automated recruiting system.A good automated system will have,1.Web Site,2. Free Report Follow Up System,3. Professionally written advertisements and contact letters,4. Fax-on-Demand,5. Phone Support ,6.Conference Calls,7. Audio/Video Tapes,8. Autoresponder Sales Letters,9. Training,10. Phone/Web site/Fax ordering Company Ships Products,11. Company Conference Calls,12. Ad Co-ops,13. Extra Income with Generic Resources,14. In-House Discounted Leads,and 15. Lead Upload. If you sponsor just 10 people in a few months, and then train them to duplicate you.You will undoubtedly have 300 people in your downline lots faster than if you did it yourself. And the cost will be just a fraction! That's why duplication is such an important part of building your MLM business.Doing great support work with your new members will insure that each new member duplicates what you have done. One of the oldest saying in MLM is that you are only as successful as the people in your downline.

In conclusion,with your mlm network marketing you need to work your butt off for at least the first 2 years of your business.Building a network marketing takes time. It takes patience. But what few distributors seem to realize is that it gets easier, it happens faster, as time goes on. Few MLM distributors stick around long enough to see this happen. Think about it for a moment. You start out with one person building your organization which is you! Then you sign up a 2 people. Now you have three people all working to build your organization. In a month or so you might have only twelve people in your downline. That's twelve people who could all contribute to your downline. The more your group builds, the more people there are to help build it even bigger.It's very rewarding when you see others in your team start to develop into leaders and all of a sudden you're delegating more and more to them and the real freedom starts to happen for you!Here are some things to believe in,1.in yourself and a big outcome,2.in the concept of mlm networking and how it will help you reach your goal,and 3.believe in your company's concept.You need to train your downline to do the same things you do.You will need to write a lot of letters to your downline and letters for sales.I wish you all the success in the world in joining a good downline club and building a downline in mlm marketing network.
